WrightLink is an independent company led by Andi Myles-Wright (BA Hons; ATCL; MBPsS), offering a range of support services to enable Service led performance improvement and to help build and sustain effective practice.

As a company, WrightLink adopts the principle that in order to fulfill both individual potential and to stand out from competitors, improvement support should combine an assessment of existing knowledge, skills, and distinguishing individual and/or organisational behaviours when tailoring packages of improvement support. These important steps ensure impact and sustainability, and directly support the aim of positioning WrightLink as a ‘preferred provider’ of independent performance support within Children’s Services, Youth Justice, Criminal Justice and Community Safety.

By drawing upon robust assessment and intervention methods to performance support through practical knowledge and a wealth of professional qualifications and expertise, WrightLink meets the specific needs of clients by creating and delivering bespoke services.
